摘　　要：目的探讨B超监测中医补肾活血法治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的效果。方法选取我院收治的不孕症患者97例,均诊断为子宫内膜薄型,按随机分组原则分为观察组52例和对照组45例,对照组给予克罗米芬常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医补肾活血法治疗,通过B超检测比较两组患者宫内膜厚度、内膜类型以及子宫动脉血流情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组子宫内膜厚度明显增厚,PI和RI水平明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组A型内膜数量明显增加,C型内膜数量明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 B超监测在评价中医补肾活血法治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症效果中可提供客观理论依据,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the application effect of B ultrasound monitoring in the effective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation in treatment of thin endometrial infertility.Methods： Ninety-seven cases of patients with thin endometrial infertility treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（ 52 cases） and control group（ 45 cases）. The control group was given conventional treatment of clomiphene,and the observation group was additionally given treatment of traditional Chinese medicine invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation. The endometrial thickness,endometrial type and uterine artery blood flow were monitored by B ultrasound and compared between two groups. Results： Compared to the control group,the endometrial after treatment was significantly thicker in the observation group,and the levels of PI and RI after treatment were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）; The A type intima in the observation group was obviously more than that in the control group,and the C type intima in the observation group was obviously less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The B ultrasound monitoring applied in the effective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation in treatment of thin endometrial infertility can provide objective theoretical basis,which is worth promoting.
