参芪消瘿颗粒联合阿仑膦酸治疗甲亢性骨质疏松的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察参芪消瘿颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片对甲亢性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢的影响。方法选择100例甲亢性骨质疏松症患者,随机均分为2组:对照组口服阿仑膦酸钠片,1次1片(10 mg),qd;观察组在此基础上口服参芪消瘿颗粒,1次1包(8g),tid;疗程均为30周。比较2组治疗前后骨密度(BMD),血钙、血磷、血碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及疗效和安全性。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,对照组为76.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BMD显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的尿钙/肌酐比值、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均显著比对照组降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血常规、肝功能、肾功能无明显异常,且不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明观察组控制骨质疏松症的效果明显优于对照组。讨论参芪消瘿颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗甲亢性骨质疏松症患者,不仅能明显改善患者的临床疗效,而且能改善患者的骨代谢指标。Objective： To observe the effects of Shenqixiaoying granules combined with Alendronate sodium tablets in the treatment of bone metabolism in patients with GA hyperthyreosis. Methods： 100 osteoporosis cases of GA hyperthyreosis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received Alendronate sodium tablets（ 10 mg） once a day,qd,the observation group was additionally given 1 packet of Shenqixiaoying granules（ 8 g） 3 times a day on the basis of treatment for the control group for 30 weeks. Bone mineral density（ BMD）,and the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase（ ALP） in the two groups were detected in 2 groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was94% for the observation group and 76% for the control group,there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. BMD of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 01）,serum ALP was less significant than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and serum calcium,phosphorus of the two groups had no significant difference before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant abnormality in routine blood test,hepatic and renal function in the two groups before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reaction（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenqixiaoying granules combined with Alendronate sodium tablets has a good synergistic effect on patients with GA hyperthyreosis,which can significantly improve clinical efficacy and improve bone metabolism with good safety.
