摘　　要：通过分析北斗卫星通信技术实现边远小电源电力信息的采集和传输,解决小电源、自备电厂等非统调电厂运行数据缺失问题。建立基于北斗卫星通信技术的电力数据传输平台,并与智能电网调度控制系统有机融合,实现调控中心对非统调小电源运行工况的实时监控和全网分压线损的统计分析。该方案投资少,安全可靠性高,符合非统调电厂信息采集应用需求。This paper focuses on the acquisition and transmission of power information from the remote small power plants by analyzing the Beidou satellite communication technology,which can solve the operation data missing problem of the small power plant and self-provided power plant.Through establishment of the electric power data transmission platform based on Bei Dou satellite communication technology,which is combined with smart grid dispatching control system,dispatching control center can monitor the operating condition of the non-unified management power plants in real-time and also can analyze the divided voltage line loss of the whole grid.This scheme has the strength of ＂less investment,high security and reliability＂,so it meets the requirements for application in the information acquisition from non-unified management power plants.
