摘 要:针对现有的排故过程模型建模方法复杂,模型开发效率低的问题,提出基于基本对象模型(BOM)的排故过程组件化建模方法。该方法将排故任务视为排故过程的基本组成模块,并从建模需求出发抽象排故任务建模要素,确定排故任务模型要素与BOM模板元素间的映射关系,建立排故任务BOM模型,借助BOM间的聚合机制,将排故任务模型聚合,从而构建排故过程模型。以探头加温计算机故障的排故过程为例进行实例建模,在自主研制的飞机维修仿真训练平台上进行仿真验证,结果表明:该方法所建模型满足人员培训需求,同时能够利用已有的排故任务模型实例快速组建新的排故过程模型,提高了模型的开发效率。Aiming at the problem that the existing troubleshooting process modeling methods are complex and the efficiency of model development is relatively low, the component modeling method based on the basic Qhject model (BOM) was proposed in this paper. This method regards the troubleshooting task as the basic component module of the troubleshooting process, abstracts the troubleshooting task modeling element from modeling demands deter- mines the mapping relation between troubleshooting task model element and BOM template element, obtain the troubleshooting task BOM Model and aggregate the troubleshooting task model with the aggregation mechanism be- tween BOM, thereby establishing the troubleshooting process model. Instance modeling was carried out with the troubleshooting process of probe heating computer failure as an example, and simulation verificatian was carried out on the independently developed aircraft maintenance simulation training platform. The simulation results show that the model established with this method can meet the needs of personnel training and it could use the existing troubleshooting task model instance to rapidly establish the new troubleshooting process model and improve the model development efficiency.
