摘 要:为解决工件成品因人工检验分类速度慢导致的高速自动化生产线效率低下,探讨了ELM算法在工件成品在线检验自动分类中的应用。分析了速度失配的缘由,讨论了ELM分类算法的原理与实现分类的流程,最后用几种分类算法类比结果证实了该算法的高分类精度。应用结果表明:ELM算法是一种解决高速自动化生产线产品检验分类的好方法。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of high speed automatic production line caused by the slow classification of the work-piece finished products, the paper explored the application of ELM algorithm in au- tomatic classification of work-piece finished products. This paper analyzed the reason for the speed mismatch, dis- cussed the principle of ELM classification algorithm and its classification implementation flowchart, and finally, by means of analogical results of several classification algorithms, confirmed the high classification accuracy of the ELM algorithm. Application results show that ELM algorithm is a good way to solve the problem of product inspec- tion and classification in high speed automatic production line.
