摘　　要：随着他汀类药物的广泛应用,作为降低低密度脂蛋白及总胆固醇水平的药物,已成为预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化心血管事件风险最有效的干预手段之一。今年各项临床试验和医学循证证明他汀强化降脂治疗较之常规降脂治疗具有更显著的临床获益,并且强化降脂治疗能够延缓动脉粥样硬化斑块进展,甚至逆转斑块。另一方面,提高他汀依从性也是降脂治疗成功与否的关键。本文探讨并囊括了近年来有关他汀强化降脂更多获益及逆转斑块的证据,以及提高依从性获益更佳的几项重要试验。Statins are the most widely prescribed drug available pharmacotherapy for the management of high blood cholesterol levels virtually since their development. Many studies have investigated the efficacy and safety of statin therapy with more aggressive lipid lowering. These studies have confirmed that there are clinical benefits and plaque regression. This review is a brief overview of recent,large-scale,randomized,placebo and active controlled trials of statin therapy with more aggressive lipid lowering.
