摘 要:通过弯曲试验研究了双相Ni_(58)Mn_(25)Ga_(16.9)Gd_(0.1)合金的形状记忆效应和回复率。结果表明,该合金具有优异的形状回复能力。在预变形4.6%加热后,可以得到86%的形状回复率,高于已报道的双相Ni-Mn-Ga合金。这是因为Gd掺杂提高了γ相的临界滑移应力,使γ相不易发生变形。The shape memory effect and recovery ratio of dual-phase Ni_(58)Mn_(25)Ga_(16.9)Gd_(0.1) alloy were investigated by bend test. The results show that this alloy exhibits good shape recovery capability. The recovery ratio of 86% is obtained with bend pre-strain of 4.6% after heating,which is larger than that of other reported dual-phase Ni-Mn-Ga alloys. This characteristic is attributed to the critical slip stress increasing of γ phase by small amount of Gd addition,improving the ability of γ phase to resist irreversible deformation.
