2012-2015年江西省猪群H1与H3亚型流感病毒血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解江西省猪流感病毒的流行情况,通过血凝抑制试验(Hemagglutination Inhibition Test,HAI),我们检测了2012年至2015年间收集的2 005份血清样品中的H1和H3亚型流感病毒的抗体。结果显示,江西省猪群血清中的H1和H3亚型流感病毒的血清抗体阳性率分别为34.76%(697/2005,95%CI 32.68%~36.89%)和23.69%(475/2005,21.84%~25.61%),H1和H3亚型流感病毒共感染的阳性率为6.78%(136/2005,5.72%~7.97%)。通过对不同分支流感病毒的血清抗体阳性率统计分析后发现,江西省内不同地区内流感病毒呈现明显的地域性流行,并且2012年以来,全省pdm/09的血清抗体阳性率由36.74%(32.18%~41.50%)下降到20.44%(17.14%~24.06%),H3亚型的流感病毒抗体阳性率由4.85%(1.59%~10.97%)上升到41.24%(37.08%~45.49%),江西省猪群中流行的主要分支发生变化。本研究为江西省流感病毒的监测与预防提供了全面的数据支持。To research the prevalence of influenza in Jiangxi Province, a total of 2005 sero-samples were collected from 2012 to 2015. Hemagglutination inhibition test,presented that the positive rate of antibody against H1 and H3 subtype influenza was 34.76% （697/2005,32.68%-36.89%） and 23.69% （475/2005,21. 84%-25. 61%）,respectively;the rate of co-infection of H1 and H3 was 6.78% （136/2005,5.72%-7.97%）. The statistical analysis of the positive rate of antibody to dif- ferent lineage influenza virus,showed that the influenza was endemic in Jiangxi Province. And the positive rate of antibody against pdm/09 lineage influenza decreased from 36. 74% （32. 18% 41.50%） to 20.44% （17. 14%-24. 06%）,and H1 increased from 4. 85% （1. 59%-10. 97%） to 41.24% （37.08%-45.49%）. The research provide detailed data support for the surveillance and prevention of influenza virus.
