奶牛低血钙症流行状况调查

摘　　要：本试验旨在对低血钙症奶牛其繁殖性能、泌乳性能及与其他疾病的关系进行调查,用于评价低血钙症对奶牛生产性能的影响。选取产后0~30d体况、胎次相近的奶牛,依据血钙指标确定低血钙组20头和健康组25头作为试验动物,通过记录奶牛基本信息并跟踪记录各临床资料分析奶牛低血钙对相关生产性能的影响。结果显示,患低血钙症的奶牛繁殖性能整体降低,表现在首次发情天数、初配天数、配种天数和产犊间隔延长,以上指标差异均极显著高于健康组(P<0.01),低血钙组奶牛输精次数显著高于健康组(P<0.05);低血钙组奶牛的泌乳天数极显著高于健康组(P<0.01),但平均每天产奶量极显著低于健康组(P<0.01),患低血钙症的奶牛泌乳性能下降;患低血钙症的奶牛能容易患肢蹄病、胃肠疾病、乳房炎、子宫炎、子宫感染,其中与乳房炎呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与子宫感染呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结果表明,低血钙症会对随后的繁殖性能和泌乳性能有不利的影响,并会增加其他疾病发生的风险。This study was designed to investigate effets of hypocalcemia on cows reproductive per- formance, lactation performance and relationship with other diseases. In the experiment, cows were selected by their body condition at 0-30 d postpartum and parity in a farm of Heilongjiang. Accord- ing to serum calcium,45 cows were divide into two groups,25 cows in hypocalcemia calcium group and 25 cows in healthy group, recording and tracking the basic information and clinical data to a- nalysis reproduction performance of cows of hypocalcemia. Results showed that cows suffered from hypocalcemia overall redued reproductive performance such as delay of first estrus,first mat ing,breeding and calving interval days （P〈0.01）. Insemination frequency of hypocalcemia cows was significantly higher than neahhy cows （P〈0.05） ;the number of days of lactation in cows hy- pocalcemia group was significantly higher than healthy group（P〈0. 01）,hut the average daily milk yield was significantly lower than the healthy group（P〈0.01）, cows suffered from hypocal- cemia were subjected to limb hoof disease,gastrointestinal diseases, mastitis, metritis,uterine in fections,and mastitis,there was a significant positive correlation with mastitis （P〈0.01） and u- terine infection （P〈0.05）. Hypocalcemia can prejudice subsequent reproductive performance and lactation, and increases the risk of other diseases.
