摘 要:以转基因抗虫、耐除草剂复合性状玉米SK12-5为研究对象,在吉林省公主岭市人为撂荒地和栽培地中进行生存竞争能力研究。结果表明,在荒地条件下,杂草生长速度快,密度大,占有了绝大多数的光照、水分与养分等资源,SK12-5在生存竞争能力方面较之杂草不具备优势。在栽培地条件下,SK12-5可正常生长,株高、覆盖率均低于其对应的非转基因玉米,但是二者不存在显著差异。在产量及发芽率方面,SK12-5与非转基因玉米也无显著差异。Survival competition ability of transgenic maize SK12-5 with insect and herbicide resistance was studied in the transgenic experimental base in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province. The results showed that under the condition of wasteland, weeds grew fast and densely, and occupied most of the resources such as light, water and nutrient. SK12-5 had no advantage in surviving compared with weeds. Under the condition of field, SK12-5 could grow normally, plant height and coverage were lower than that of its corresponding non-transgenic maize, but no significant difference. There was also no significant difference in yield and germination rates between SK12-5 and non-transgenic maize.
