摘 要:目的:探讨在治疗精神疾病患者时进行血锂浓度的监测,为临床合理使用碳酸锂提供重要依据。方法:收集2015年1月至2015年12月在广州市番禺区岐山医院住院期间服用碳酸锂的精神疾病患者162例,使用XI-921E电解质分析仪进行12 h后血锂浓度监测并对结果进行分析。结果:碳酸锂监测36例血锂浓度<0.60 mmol·L^(-1),118例血锂浓度0.61~1.20 mmol·L^(-1),8例血锂浓度>l.20 mmol·L^(-1)。提示22.2%患者未达到有效用药浓度;有72.8%例的患者达到有效用药浓度;只有5%的患者出现早期中毒症状。结论:临床应用碳酸锂应根据血锂浓度监测,为临床实施个体化治疗方案提供依据。Objective To explore the serum concentration monitoring of lithium in the treatment of patients with psychosis,to provide an important basis for the rational use of lithium carbonate. Methods A total of 162 patients with mental illness who received lithium carbonate during the hospitalization of Qishan Hospital in Panyu District from January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed and analyzed using the XI-921 E Electrolyte Analyzer for 12 h after the monitoring of serum lithium concentration.Results Lithium carbonate monitoring of 36 cases of serum lithium concentration 0.60 mmol · L^(-1),118 cases of serum lithium concentration 0.61 ~ 1.20 mmol · L^(-1), 8 cases of serum lithium concentration l.20 mmol · L^(-1). Suggesting that 22.2% of patients did not reach the effective drug concentration; 72.8% of patients achieved effective drug concentration; only 5% of patients with early symptoms of poisoning. Conclusion Clinical application of lithium carbonate should be based on blood lithium concentration monitoring,to provide the basis for clinical implementation of individualized treatment program.at the same time, our hospital clinicians on the use of lithium carbonate in the treatment of mental disorders is basically reasonable.
