大株红景天注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究大株红景天注射液联合盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2012年9月—2016年9月中国人民解放军第四五四医院心血管内科收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者83例作为研究对象,所有患者在随机分组的原则下分为对照组(41例)和治疗组(42例)。对照组口服盐酸曲美他嗪片,1片/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注大株红景天注射液,10 m L加入生理盐水250 m L中,1次/d。所有患者均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的心功能指标和心衰标志物情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.61%、95.24%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)明显升高,而左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左心房舒张末期内径(LAEDD)明显下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组N端-前脑利钠肽(NT-Pro BNP)、内皮素和去甲肾上腺素水平均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液联合盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效,能显著改善患者的心功能,安全较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Sofren Injection combined with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods Patients （83 cases） with heart failure of coronary heart disease in Department of Cardiology of No. 454 Hospital of Chinese People＆#39;s Liberation Army from September 2012 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the control group （41 cases） and the treatment group （42 cases）. Patients in the control group werepo administered with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Sofren Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mL added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and cardiac function indexes and heart failure markers in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.61% and 95.24%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the LVEF in two groups were significantly increased, but LVEDD and LAEDD in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of NT-ProBNP, endothelin, and norepinephrine in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sofren Injection combined with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of heart failure of coronary
