银杏叶胶囊联合通脉口服液治疗冠心病PCI术后再狭窄的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶胶囊联合通脉口服液治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法选取2016年12月—2017年3月成都市第三人民医院收治的冠心病PCI术后患者64例,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。对照组口服通脉口服液,1支/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服银杏叶胶囊,1~2粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗1个月。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的再狭窄情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的临床症状疗效的总有效率分别为78.1%、96.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的心电图疗效总有效率分别为71.9%、90.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病PCI术后3个月,对照组和治疗组的再狭窄率分别为12.5%、6.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊联合通脉口服液治疗冠心病PCI术后再狭窄具有较好的临床疗效,能降低冠心病PCI术后再狭窄,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gingko bilobaLeaves Capsules combined with Tongmai Oral Liquid in treatment of coronary restenosis after PCI.Methods Patients （64 cases） with coronary restenosis after PCI in the Third People＆#39;s Hospital of Chengdu from December 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 32 cases. Patients in the control group werepo administered with Tongmai Oral Liquid, 1 bottle/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group werepo administered with Gingko bilobaLeaves Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 — 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the coronary restenosis in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical symptom efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.1% and 96.9%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 71.9% and 90.6%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After PCI of coronary heart disease for 3 months, the coronary restenosis rates in the control and treatment groups were 12.5% and 6.3%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Gingko bilobaLeaves Capsules combined with Tongmai Oral Liquid has clinical curative effect in treatment of coronary restenosis after PCI, can decrease coronary restenosis after PCI, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
