摘　　要：自2014年9月起,研究生教育实施全面收费制度。新的培养机制改革的实施,对研究生奖助体系提出了更高的要求。构建新型研究生奖助体系,完善研究生保障制度,激发研究生的创新能力成为各高校教育管理工作的重要课题。本文就所在高校的研究生奖助情况进行深入调研,并认真整理、统计、分析,从中总结归纳了有关工作存在的问题与不足,进而结合日常工作体会,为完善中医药类高校研究生奖助体系提出了几点浅见。期望能给中医药乃至其他高校的研究生奖助工作改革提供有益参考。In September 2014,a comprehensive charging system was put into effect for postgraduate education. The implementation of this new cultivation mechanism reform poses higher requirements for the postgraduate grant and scholarship system. Nowadays,the tasks of constructing a new postgraduate grant and scholarship system,improving the postgraduate security system,and inspiring postgraduates＇ innovation capabilities have become an important issue for college education management. This thesis conducts an in- depth investigation and research into the postgraduate grant and scholarship system in the involved college,and summarizes existing problems and drawbacks through meticulous sorting,statistics,and analysis. Furthermore,the thesis takes into consideration experiences from daily work and puts forward a few suggestions for improving the postgraduate grant and scholarship systems in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,in hopes that these suggestions can be of referential value to colleges in their efforts to reform the postgraduate grant and scholarship system.
