摘　　要：本文对大方坯圆钢低倍不合的原因，采用宏观微观检验等方法，对圆钢的横向低倍似裂纹的缺陷成因进行了综合分析。并提出了预防、改进措施，收到良好效果。This text to large round bar is doubly low to be unsuited to of reason, adopt a macroscopic tiny view examination etc. method, to round bar of horizontal low times the blemish of crack become because of carry on comprehensive analysis.Combined to put forward a prevention, improvement measure, receive good effect.
