摘 要:卓越工程师培养质量监控体系是保障卓越工程师培养质量的核心,关系到质量标准的落实。丽水学院工学院以国内外成功的工程教育经验为指导,从培养方案制订、课堂教学质量、实践教学、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设5个方面,进行质量监控的探索与实践,旨在构建全员参与、突出重点的质量监控体系。质量监控结果显示计算机卓越班级的学生在综合测评、学科竞赛等方面展现出一定的优势,这既肯定了卓越工程师教育培养计划实施的成绩,也为应用型本科院校办学水平的提高和可持续性的发展提供了借鉴。Abstract:A quality monitoring system, which is closely associated with the implementation of quality standards, is essential to ensure quality of a training program for excellent engineers. Inspired by the successful practice of engineering education in the world, this study illustrates how to construct a quality monitoring system that is fully participated and focused for an excellent engineer training program in the Computer Science and Technology Specialty of Lishui University. The foci of the system involve five aspects such as the design and establishment of specialty curriculum, teaching quality assessment for classrooms, evaluation for laboratory experiment sessions, development of teaching staff members, as well as campus culture. It is shown that the students enrolled in the excellent engineer training program gain advantages in comprehensive assessment and disciplinary competitions. The results confirm that the training quality and value of the excellent engi oriented universities with improvement of education neer training program, while provide a reference example for the application-regard to the curriculum development of specialty programs and sustainable quality.
