摘 要:目的探讨认知训练对阿尔茨海默病患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2017年6月入住我科的阿尔茨海默病患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,试验组在对照组的基础上实施认知训练,于治疗前以及治疗后使用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估患者的认知功能和自理能力的变化。结果在治疗结束后,2组的MMSE评分和ADL评分较治疗前均明显改善,且试验组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论认知训练应用于阿尔茨海默病患者治疗中可显著提高康复效果,改善患者认知水平和自理能力,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive training on rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 90 cases of patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital from June 2016 - June 2017 were selected, they were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group, the control group was given routine treatment and nursing, the experimental group received cognitive training on the basis of the control group, before and after treatment, the Simple Intelligence State Scale (MMSE) and the Daily Living Ability Scale (ADL) were used to assess the patient's cognitive function changes. Results In the end of treatment, the MMSE score and ADL score of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Cognitive training in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect,and improve the cognitive level and self-care ability, the quality of life.
