手术室麻醉患者的心理护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理在手术室麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年10月-2016年10月收治需要进行手术的患者78例,随机分为2组,对照组39例采用常规护理,观察组39例采用心理护理,对比2组患者的心理状态。结果观察组患者在护理后焦虑率10.3%、恐惧率7.7%,对照组患者在护理后焦虑率69.2%、恐惧率23.1%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够缓解患者在手术麻醉过程中出现的紧张感,消除其对手术产生的恐惧、焦虑,而且还能够增强患者的自信心,使之能够更好地与医生进行配合。Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing in patients in the operation room anesthesia. Methods 78 patients in our hospital need surgery in October 2015 to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, and the patients in the operation will be used in the process of anesthesia, the 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group in the operation room anesthesia patients 39 cases of them with routine nursing, observation group anesthesia in operation room patients with a total of 39 patients with psychological nursing, observation group patients and the control group of patients in the operation room anesthesia in psychological state. Results The results of this clinical nursing study showed that the rate of care after the care group was 10.3% and the fear rate was 7.7% in the observation group, compared with the control group. The control group Care after the rate of 69.2%, fear rate of 23.1%. Conclusion The psychological nursing can relieve the tension in the process of anesthesia, eliminate the fear and anxiety caused by the operation, but also enhance the patient＇s self-confidence, so that the patient can better cooperate with the doctor, Nursing methods in the operating room anesthesia in patients with a significant role.
