摘　　要：本文阐述了高校图书馆在当前政府集中采购环境下,如何通过招标工作提高图书馆馆藏质量。做好图书馆招标工作中的前期工作,并具体探讨了招标文件的制定内容,以及在图书招标过程中应从招标周期、折扣标准、书商的选择、经费预留等方面应该注意的问题。This essay discusses on how to improve books collection quality of college libraries under government procurement background.The bidding work is of great importance,which involves the making of the bidding papers,the decision of the tender period and the discount standard,the selection of booksellers and the budgets,etc.
