摘  要:以氧化铝粉体为主要原料,采用发泡法结合凝胶注模成型制备了纯氧化铝多孔陶瓷。主要研究了泡沫浆料的稳定性、凝胶体系、干燥和烧成制度对制备工艺的影响;并通过颗粒级配、选取不同活性的粉体和添加化学干燥控制剂等方法优化了大尺寸试样的制备工艺。结果表明:长链分子可起到稳定气泡的作用,采用控温控湿的方式可避免干燥阶段开裂,烧成阶段的温度可根据烧结试样微结构与强度确定;气孔参数可通过固含量与发泡剂加入量进行调控。通过颗粒级配,坯体的干燥线收缩和烧成线收缩可显著降低;添加化学干燥控制剂可降低干燥时对环境的依赖程度;添加不同活性的粉体,可以将收缩均匀地分散到较宽的温度区间。Using alumina powder as the main starting material, porous pure alumina ceramics were prepared by a foaming method combined with gel-casting. The effects of stability of the foam slurry,the gel system, the drying and sintering schedules on the preparation process were studied. The preparation process of large-sized specimens was optimized by adjusting the particle gradation, selection of powders with differ- ent activities,and addition of the chemical drying control agent. It is indicated that, long-chain molecules can stable the foam,and cracking can be avoided by controlling the temperature and humidity during drying process. The sintering temperature can be determined according to the microstructure and the strength of the sintered specimens. The pores can be controlled by adjusting the solid content and the ad- dition of foaming agent. The shrinkage during the drying and sintering processes is reduced significantly by adjusting the particle gradation. The dependence on the environment during drying is reduced by adding chemical drying control agent. Shrinkage occurs in a wider temperature range by adding powders with different activities.
