摘  要:为了改善多孔陶瓷的隔热性能,以工业硅藻土为原料,Isobam-104为分散剂和结合剂,羧甲基纤维素钠为稳泡剂,十二烷基硫酸三乙醇胺为发泡剂,通过发泡注浆成型工艺制备了硅藻土多孔陶瓷,并研究了烧成温度(分别为1 100、1 150、1 200和1 250℃)对其性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧成温度的提高,所制备多孔陶瓷的显气孔率逐渐降低,耐压强度逐渐增大;当烧成温度为1 100℃时,多孔陶瓷的显气孔率和耐压强度分别为84.5%和1.11 MPa;当烧成温度增至1 200℃时,试样的显气孔率和耐压强度分别为83.4%和2.01 MPa,其在200℃下的热导率为0.105 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),具有较好的隔热性能。综合考虑硅藻土多孔陶瓷的各项性能认为,其最佳烧成条件为1 200℃保温2 h。In order to improve the insulation performance of porous ceramics, porous diatomite ceramics were prepared via the foam-gelcasting method using commercial diatomite as raw material,lsobam-104 as the dispersant and binder,and carboxymethylcellulose sodium as a pore stabilizing agent. Dependence of properties of fired porous ceramics on firing temperature(1100, 1150,] 200 and 12,50 0(3) was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the firing temperature,the porosity of the as-prepared porous ceramics gradually reduces,but the compressive strength increases. The specimen fired at 11O0℃ with 84.5% of porosity has a compressive strength of 1. 11 MPa. In addition,the specimen fired at 1200℃ with 83.4% of porosity has a higher compressive strength of 2.01 MPa and shows a thermal conductivity of O. 105 W. m^-1·K^-1 ,exhibiting a good thermal insulation property. Considering various properties of porous diatomite ceramics,the optimum firing conditions is 1 200℃ for 2 h.
