摘 要:为了优化热风炉格子砖的活面积设计,通过二维传热数学模型对热风炉操作过程中格子砖传热现象进行了模拟,研究了混风比例、活面积等参数对格子砖传热性能的影响。结果表明:对于确定工作状态下的热风炉,存在一个使送风期风温保持平稳的最少总混风比例,相应平均风温为该工作状态下热风炉最高送风温度。对于单一孔径格子砖,随着活面积的增大,气-固界面换热加强;但蓄热体容积随之减小,高温区向下扩展,送风期温降加快,所需最少总混风比例增大,送风温度先增大后减小。对于不同孔径格子砖,随着格孔直径的减小,最高送风温度逐渐升高,最少总混风比例逐渐减小,最优活面积逐渐减小,对应当量厚度相对稳定。A two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model was developed to simulate the heat transfer in checker bricks in hot blast stove operation to optimize the design for relative open area. The influences of blast mixing ratio and relative open area on the heat transfer of checker bricks were studied. The results show that: for a hot blast stove working in a certain operation condition,there shall be a minimum blast mixing ratio which can keep the hot blast temperature stable;the corresponding average blast temperature is the highest under this operation condition;for checker bricks with a constant hole diameter,with the in- crease of relative open area,the heat transfer between air and brick surface enhances, but the total volume of regenerator decreases, as a result, the high temperature region of checker chamber downwards ex- pands,the temperature decreases acceleratedly in blast period, requiring a higher minimum blast mixing ratio,the blast temperature increases firstly and then decreases;for the checker bricks with different hole diameters ,with the hole diameters decreasing ,the highest blast temperature increases, the minimum blast mixing ratio decreases,the optimum relative open area decreases and the corresponding equivalent thick-ness keeps almost stable.
