摘　　要：村民自治实施以来,人们习惯于将乡镇政府对村民自治的指导作为村民自治最常见的外来影响因素。然而近年来,一种新的外部力量——"嵌入型村干部"对村民自治产生了更为直接的影响。嵌入型村干部的到来与村民自治形成了一种非常微妙的关系,其中既有外来精英对村民自治的推动,又有他治与自治内在逻辑上的冲突。因此,如何最大限度地发挥下乡干部对村民自治的积极作用,避免外来力量与村民自治的冲突,成为下乡干部所要面临的关键问题。Since the implementation of villagers＇ autonomy, villagers tend to view their township government＇s guidance over their autonomy as ＂interference＂. However, in recent years, villagers＇ autonomy has ＂encoun- tered＂ some of the more directly external forces--＂ embedded village officials＂. The officials have established a very subtle relationship with villagers＇ autonomy, both of which have the influence of external forces and the pro- motion of villagers＇ autonomy. How to play the maximum role of officials in the countryside in promoting villagers＇ autonomy and avoid the conflict between external forces and villagers＇ autonomy has become the key problem for officials in the countryside.
