皮革废水中总铬的消解测定方法探讨

摘　　要：针对成分复杂、有机物和色度高的皮革废水中总铬的消解测定,提出了硝酸-过氧化氢消解法。试验结果表明,该方法能有效地去除皮革废水的色度干扰,并使有机物消解完全;还具有操作简单、浓酸使用量少等特点。该方法的精密度较好,回收率在97.0%~100%,达到了满意的效果。Aimed at complex composition, organic matter and high color leather wastewater, the digestion method of HNO3-H2O2 was proposed for the determination of total chromium. Testing results show that the method can remove the colorful interference effectively, and make organic completely digestion. The method also has the advantages of simple operation, less using of concentrated acid and so on. The method has high accuracy and reliability with recovery rate of 97.0%-100%, achieving the expected effect.
