摘 要:液压式自爬模工艺是建设工程中的1项新型技术,它代替了传统模板与脚手架施工工艺,加快了工程进度,保证和提高了工程质量,其主要应用在高层建筑、高耸建筑及桥梁桥墩等现浇混凝土结构中。论文结合某煤矿高层建筑首次采用液压自爬模施工的主井井塔实例,介绍了EDC270便捷液压自爬模施工的工艺流程、施工工艺原理及施工中应该注意的节点处理和相关经验。该工艺施工工期短、工艺简单易行、施工质量高、造价低,施工过程中无需其他起重设备,操作方便、爬升速度快、安全系数高。Hydraulic creep process is a new technology of the construction project, it replaces the traditional templates and scaffolding construction process, to speed up the construction schedule, ensure and improve the construction quality, its main application in high-rise buildings, high-rise building and bridge pier in concrete structures such as pay. A mine high-rise building for the first time, this paper adopts the hydraulic climbing form construction engineering example of main shaft Wells, this paper introduces the hydraulic creep modulus EDC270 convenient construction process, construction technology and construction principle of should pay attention to the node processing and relevant experience.
