关白附化学成分的研究——关附甲素结晶水化合物的结构鉴定

摘　　要：关白附系毛茛科黄花乌头(Aconitum careanum(Levi.)Rapaics)的块根。本文报道从东北产该植物中分得一化合物(1)。化合物(1)的IR,MS,~1HNMR和坞^(13)C—NHR谱结果与关附甲素基本一致。A C_(20)-diterpenoid alkaloid, the hydrate of Guan-fu base A (2, 13-diacetoxy, 11, 14-dihydroxyhetisine), was isolated from the roots of Aconitum coreanum (Lévl. ) Rapaics. The structure was determined on the basis of spectral data (IR, MS, ~1H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR) and X—Ray diffraction analysis.
