摘 要:石油钻井废弃岩屑直接排放会造成环境的严重污染,经岩屑甩干机处理后的废弃岩屑含液量满足环境排放的标准,可直接排放,而岩屑甩干机工作过程中筛网极易堵塞,导致分离效率降低。同时岩屑颗粒对筛网磨损严重,致使岩屑甩干机寿命降低。针对上述问题,本文提出了螺旋刮刀甩干机模型,其次基于离散元理论,运用离散元模拟软件(EDEM)分析模型改进前后单颗粒在筛网上的运动特征。研究发现螺旋刮刀有效地改善了颗粒堆积造成筛网堵塞的现象,并能缓解颗粒冲击筛网导致其磨损严重的情况。最后,当改进模型转速差值变化时,对颗粒的运动情况进行了对比分析,其结果为工程实际中岩屑甩干机的优化设计提供了参考。The direct discharge of waste debris from oil drilling caused serious pollution of the environment.The debris contained in the waste debris after debris treatment can meet the environmental discharge standard and can be discharged directly.During the processing of cuttings dryer,the screen gets plugged easily which resulting in lower separation efficiency.Meanwhile,the screen is badly worn under the friction of particles,thus lowering the life cycle of cuttings dryer.To solve the above problems,the screw scraper screen model is used.Then,based on the discrete element method (DEM),we simulate EDEM software in analyzing the motion feature of single particle on screen separately from before and after model modification.The study found that the spiral scraper effecting improves screen clogging caused by the accumulation of particles and alleviates serious screen-wear.Finally,when the difference of the rotational speed of the model is changed,the motion of the particles is compared and analyzed.The results provide a reference for the optimal design of cuttings dryer in engineering practice.
