摘　　要：民国时期,民众图书馆学家结合各馆选书实践,分别从图书采选的根据、标准及比率等角度,提出了一套具有普适性的图书采选方略。民众图书馆在图书采选方面的积极探索,对我国当今基层图书馆的文献资源建设不无裨益,具体需要注意以下几点:注重阅读机会的均等、兼顾主客观的需要、合乎时空性需求。It was difficult for people to purchase books in the old days while it is difficult for people to select books in the modem days. Selecting books calls for even more extensive considerations. Based on research of the book acquisition practice in popular libraries, library scholars during the Republican period proposed a series of acquisition strategies from the aspect of book acquisition＇s basis, criteria, and ratio. The exploration of book acquisition of popular libraries is meaningful to the construction of literature resources in grass-roots libraries today. Grass-roots libraries should emphasize the equity of reading opportunity, balance internal and external needs, and comply with temporal needs.
