摘　　要：本试验将已构建的含有堆型艾美耳球虫cSZ1基因的重组卡介苗p MV361-cSZ1分别以滴鼻、口服和颈部皮下注射的方式免疫雏鸡,经检测各组体液和细胞免疫水平、OPG、相对增重率及ACI等指标,对重组卡介苗的抗球虫保护效果做出评价,为制备相关疫苗的研究奠定基础。In this study, rBCG pMV361-cSZ1 which has been constructed successfully that immunized chickens via intranasal, ora] and subcutaneous route, by detecting the chicken humoral and cellular immunity, OPG, relative growth rate, anticoccidial index and other indicators, provides evaluation of the anti-coccidiosis protective effect of rBCG and laid a foundation of further study on the development of relevant vaccine.
