法氏囊素对环磷酰胺诱导昆明小鼠免疫抑制的阻断试验

摘  要:本试验旨在探究法氏囊素(BS)对环磷酰胺(CP)诱导的昆明小鼠(KM小鼠)免疫抑制的阻断作用。选取24只3周龄KM小鼠随机分成对照组(Ⅰ)、环磷酰胺组(Ⅱ)和环磷酰胺+法氏囊素组(Ⅲ)三个组,在22日龄时,第Ⅲ组小鼠按体重腹腔注射BS 0.02 mL/g,同时第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组小鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水;25日龄时,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别按体重注射CP 0.5 mg/g,同时第I组注射等量生理盐水,7 d后测定小鼠的生长及免疫指标。结果表明:Ⅱ组在试验期间死亡2只小鼠,其余两组未出现死亡;Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组小鼠的肝脏指数、肾脏指数均高于Ⅱ组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组小鼠脾脏指数极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组胸腺指数极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);白细胞计数显示,Ⅲ组白细胞数显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。CP可明显抑制小鼠脾脏和胸腺的发育,损伤免疫器官的组织结构,造成白细胞明显减少或消失,而BS可有效阻断CP的抑制作用。The study investigates the inhibitory effect of Bursin (BS) on immunosuppression in kunming mice (KM) induced by cy- clophosphamide (CP).Selected 3 weeks of KM mice were randomLy divided into control group ( I ), cyclophosphamide group ( II ) and cyclophosphamide + bursa of fabricius (11I), for three groups, in the age of 22, the group m mice by intraperitoneal injection of 0.02 mL/g weight BS, at the same time the groups I and II mice celiac injection amount of normal saline;The age of 25, groups II and m were injected with 0.5 mg/g weight CP, the group I amount of saline injection at the same time, 7 days later, determination of growth indexes and immune indexes in mice. Results: group I1,2 mice died during test time, the rest of the two groups did not appear dead; the kidney index of groups I and III were higher than in II group, but no significant difference (P〉0.05); the spleen index of groups I and mwas significantly higher than that group II (P〈0.01); groups I and m thymus index was significantly higher than that of group II (P〈0.01);In the white blood cell count, according to IlI group had a significantly higher number of white blood cell group lI (P〈0.05).h is shown that CP can significantly inhibit the development of spleen and thymus of mice, and damage the tissue structure of immune organs, resulting in the obvious reduction or disappearance of white blood ceils, while BS can effectively block the inhibition of CP.
