摘　　要：西姆双膛窑粉煤燃烧技术是一种新型粉煤燃烧技术,其技术核心是采用数个计量阀加分流器以及"Y"分配器的组合模式进行供应煤粉量的控制及分配,其中计量阀为变频控制,可实现供应煤粉量的区域调节,而"Y"分配器可实现单支管煤粉量调节,而通过分流器及阀门控制能够实现煤粉在两个炉膛间进行有效切换。该技术通过粉煤供应时间与双膛窑周期时间合理匹配,并执行一定的操作步骤,可实现双膛窑的正常生产。The pulverized coal combustion technology of CIM double-hearth kiln is a new type of pulverized coal combustion technology.The core of the technology is to control and distribute the quantity of pulverized coal supplied by the combination mode of a number of metering valves and a flow divider and a ＂Y＂ distributor.The metering valve is frequency conversion control,which can realize the regional adjustment of the quantity of pulverized coal,and the ＂Y＂ distributor is used to adjust the pulverized coal quantity of the single pipe.The effective switching between the two furnaces can be achieved by the shunt and valve control.The normal production of double-hearth kiln can be achieved by matching the time of pulverized coal with the period of double-hearth kiln.
