摘  要:铸坯缺陷实时分析判定是铸坯热送热装的基础之一,当前已经产生多种判定方法对铸坯缺陷进行判定,包括人工判定方法、物理判定方法、人工智能判定方法等。本文主要是对这些铸坯缺陷判定方法进行分析介绍,并对使用这些判定方法开发的系统进行总结,介绍了其在现场的应用情况。通过分析发现,这些判定系统仍存在很多问题,当前开发的铸坯质量判定系统在现场应用的效果并不理想。然而,随着第四次工业革命的兴起,其为铸坯缺陷实时分析判定带来新的机遇。Real time analysis and judgment of the quality defects of casting slab was one of the foundations of the hot transporting and hot charging rolling. At present, a variety of casting slab quality judgment methods had been developed, mainly include manual judgment methods, physical judgment methods, artificial intelligence judgment methods etc. In this paper, the quality judgment methods of continuous casting slab analyzed and introduced. And summarized these methods were used to develope systems, and it's applications were introduced. On the contrary, these judgment systems still have problems. The effect of field application of the current development of the continuous casting slab quality judgment system is not ideal. However, with the rise of the fourth industrial revolution, it brings new opportunities for analyzing quality defects of billet on time.
