摘  要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟机研究了集装箱板的高温热塑性,对连铸过程中的锥度、热流密度、窄宽面热流比、保护渣以及轧制工艺进行优化。结果表明:集装箱板钢液浇注过程中矫直温度设在900℃以上,拉速控制在4.0~4.3 m/min,二冷阶段采用弱冷模式。当锥度控制在1.45~1.63%/m,宽面热流在1 800~2 200 k W/m2,窄宽面热流比为70%~85%,保护渣碱度为1.13时,热流最稳定且板材冷齿发生率最低;采用前段层冷控制模式,F4轧制力控制在1 100~1 300 t,F5轧制力控制在900~1 000 t;RDT温度控制在1 070~1 120℃,粗轧前除鳞压力调整为32 MPa,精轧前除鳞压力调整为34 MPa。工艺优化后的集装箱板平均屈服强度为438 MPa、平均抗拉强度为519 MPa,平均伸长率为35.9%。The high temperature thermoplastic of the container plate was studied by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The taper, heat flux, narrow-width heat flux ratio, the protective slag and rolling process were optimized in the continuous casting process. The results show that the straightening temperature is above 900 ℃ in the process of the container plate molten steel casting, the speed is controlled at 4.0-4.3 m/min, and the weak cooling mode is used in the second cold stage. When the taper is controlled at 1.45~1.63 %/m, the heat flux of the wide surface is 1 800-2 200 kW/m^2, the narrow width heat flux ratio is 70%-85%, the protective slag's basicity is 1.13, the heat flux is the most stable and the occurrence rate of cold tooth is the lowest rate. Using the cooling way in the front section, the rolling force ofF4 is controlled at 1 100-1 300 t, the rolling force of F5 is controlled at 900~1 000 t. The temperature of RDT is controlled to 1 070-1 120 ℃, the descaling pressure is adjusted to 32 MPa before rough rolling, the descaling pressure was adjusted to 34 MPa before finish rolling. The average yield strength of the container plate is 438 MPa, the average tensile strength is 519 MPa, and the average elongation is 35.9% after optimization.
