摘　　要：针对目前镁合金铸件生产过程中存在的安全问题,根据单件小批量手工砂型铸造镁合金铸件的生产实际情况,按照镁合金铸件生产的流程对镁合金铸造过程存在的危险性进行分析,提出了相应的安全对策措施,包括镁合金原材料的存放和准备、镁合金型芯砂工艺的选择、镁合金熔炼和倒料过程中的注意事项、镁合金浇注方法的选择、浇注后的安全防护以及镁合金铸件生产过程中的安全管理措施,以减少镁合金铸件生产过程中意外伤亡事故的发生。For the security issue in the processing of magnesium castings, this paper cleaned up the dangerous factors based on the actual situation of the single and small batch manual sand casting, and put forward the corresponding security measures for preventing magnesium-related disasters in foundry works, including the storage and preparation of magnesium alloy raw materials, the selection of magnesium alloy core sand, the precautions in magnesium alloy melting and pouring process, the selection of magnesium alloy casting methods, the safety protection after pouring and the safety management measures in the production process of magnesium alloy castings.
