摘 要:敏捷制造是近些年来呈现的一种新的制造系统模式。在对敏捷制造模式下的物流配送模型进行研究的同时,可以从体系构造和信息系统等方面对物流配送中心进行设计,从而可以更好地研究物流流向问题,促进流通成本下降。许多国家拟定一系列制造规划,目的是为了提高本国在全球中的政治和经济地位。敏捷制造是在多方面支持下实施的,其中包括先进制造技术、组织和管理结构、优秀的管理人员。通过创设共有的根本结构,对迅速改变的市场进度和需求做出快速响应。本文主要通过分析敏捷制造的定义、三要素、特点、关键技术来研究敏捷制造。再次,对物流配送模型做了相关的研究。最后,研究优化敏捷制造模式的物流配送模型。Agile manufacturing is presented in recent years a new kind of manufacturing system model. In the agile manufacturing mode of logistics distribution model is studied at the same time, from the system structure and information system of logistics distribution center to carry on the design, in order to better study the logistics flow problem, promote the circulation costs down. In many countries to create a manufacturing plan, the purpose is to improve their political and economic status in the world. With the support of the agile manufacturing is in many ways, including the advanced manu-facturing technology, organization and management structure, excellent management personnel. By creating a total of the fundamental structure, the progress and market demand for quick change make corresponding fast. Done related research on agile manufacturing: Mainly through the analysis of the definition of agile manu-facturing, the three elements, characteristics and key technologies to study the agile manufacturing. Again, the logistics distribution model to do the rele-vant research. Finally, the optimization of the agile manufacturing mode of logistics distribution model.
