摘　　要：文章从科技项目实施过程管理入手,在对高校重大科技项目信用评价的内涵进行剖析的基础上,构建了高校重大科技项目过程管理中科技人员的信用评价指标体系和模型,并明确了7个信用评价等级的划分标准以及对应的含义。对项目实施中存在的问题及时调整,保证项目实现预期目标具有重要意义。The article starts from the process management of science and technology project, through the connotation of the credit evaluation of major science and technology projects of colleges to analyze, design process management of college major science and technology projects of scientific and technological personnel credit evaluation index system and model, and makes clear the seven credit rating criteria and corresponding meaning. It is of great significance to find out the problems existing in the implementation of the project and adjust it in time, and ensure the project to achieve the expected goal.
