摘 要:本文以深度脱硫脱尘除雾组合塔内件技术在某燃煤电厂烟气脱硫塔系统的工程改造为背景,考察并评价其实际工程应用效果。综合考察脱硫吸收塔循环泵台数及净烟气中SO2含量、净烟气中粉尘含量、脱硫塔系统压力损失、石灰石浆液消耗量等关键工艺指标的变化。结果表明:湍流器和管束式除尘除雾器的组合塔内件改造,能够有效强化提高脱硫塔对烟气硫化物的吸收脱除效率、降低脱硫烟气浆液雾滴浓度和粉尘浓度。This paper takes the technology of deep desulphurization,dedust and demist combined tower internals applied in the revamping of flue gas desulphurization tower system in a coal-fired power plant as the background,to study and evaluate its practical engineering application effect. The change of key process indicators,such as the number of circulating pump in the desulfurization absorption tower and the SO_2 content in the purified flue gas,the dust content in the purified flue gas,the pressure loss of the desulfurization tower system and the consumption of limestone slurry are comprehensively investigated. The results show that turbulator and revamping of tube bundle type deduster & demister combined column internals can effectively strengthen and improve the absorption and removal efficiency of flue gas sulfide of desulphurization tower as well as reduce the desulfurized flue gas slurry droplets concentration and dust concentration.
