摘 要:在油气井开发过程中,如果控制不当就会造成井底压力失衡,皆可能发生重大安全事故,例如溢流、井涌、井喷等,这些问题会造成现场井控设备的损坏、油气井的废弃、并引发一系列的环境污染等问题。因此,现场生产作业人员的井控技术水平必须不断提高。论文将井控培训与实物仿真技术相结合进而设计出井控实物仿真培训系统,实物仿真培训系统能够提高井控操作人员受训时的井控生产环境的拟真度,进而达到更高效的井控培训效果,确保受训人员在油气井生产中能够安全可靠的井控作业。In the process of oil and gas well development, if the control is not good, it will result in the imbalance of the bottom hole pressure, which can lead to major safety accidents, such as overflow, well blowout, blowout and so on. These problems will result in the damage of well control equipment, the abandonment of oil and gas wells, and a series of environmental pollution problems. Therefore, the technical level of field production operators must be improved. In this paper, the combination of well con- trol training and physical simulation technology is used to design the well control simulation training system, the physical simulation training system can improve the fidelity of well controlled production environment when the well control operator is trained to achieve more efficient well control training effect and ensure that the trainees are able to work safely and reliably in the production of oil and gas wells.
