摘　　要：本-硕-博教育贯通的创新人才培养模式是近年来高校改革人才培养模式的重要实践与探索。安徽工业大学在本-硕-博教育贯通的创新人才培养工作中完善管理制度,建设载体平台,大力开展优质生源培育计划,并开展硕博连读选拔,着力提高博士生源质量。进一步做好本硕博教育贯通,需要在明确培养目标,优化培养机制和培养方案,完善培养过程上加强探索。It is important practice and exploration for universities to reform personnel training mode of Bachelor-Master-Doctor integrated education in recent years. Anhui University of Technology perfect the administrative system, set up plat-form for it, develop cultivation program for top students, select master-doctor candidates continuously, promote candidates quality, further carry out the training mode of bachelor-master-doctor integrated education, and strengthen the exploration of the work with clear goals, optimized cultivation mechanism and perfect cultivation process.
