摘 要:供应链网络惯性是供应链网络过往成功运营的副产品,由于网络惯性的存在,增强了网络的稳定性并且提高了网络运营的效率。但是惯性始终表现为对于变化的抵制,随着环境的不确定性增加以及竞争的加剧,供应链网络更需要维持网络的灵活性,能够随着环境的变化适时的调整自己的结构、资源配置等。由此,供应链网络惯性便给企业和整个网络带来了负面效应。供应链动态能力作为供应链惯性的反面,可以帮助供应链网络降低供应链网络惯性带来的负面效应。As the by-product of the previous successful management of the supply chain network, supply chain network inertia can enhance the stability of network and improve its operational efficiency. Nevertheless, as inertia, it is characterized by resistance to change. With the increasing uncertainty of the environment and the rising competition, flexibility of supply chain network becomes increasingly important. Supply chain network needs to readjust its structure and resource allocation timely to satisfy the needs of the environment. Under such circumstances, supply chain network inertia may bring negative effects to enterprises and the entire net- work since it is change-resistant. Contrary to supply chain network inertia, supply chain dynamic capabilities can help reduce the negative effects brought by the supply chain network inertia.
