摘 要:将两种不同的阻燃剂[(6-氧代-6H-二苯并[c,e][1,2]氧磷杂己环-6-基)甲基]丁二酸(DDP)和八面体十二苯基倍半硅氧烷(ph-POSS)加入到不饱和聚酯树脂进行机械共混得到共混阻燃材料。利用热重分析(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧测试等对共混材料的热性能和阻燃性能进行表征。结果表明:DDP、ph-POSS的添加提高了不饱和聚酯树脂的阻燃性,对热稳定性影响不大。另外,DDP和ph-POSS二者复配具有协同效应更有利于提高UPR的阻燃性能。Two different kinds of flame retardants [(6-oxido-6H-dibenz(c,e)[1,2]oxaphosphorin-6-yl)methyl] butanedioic acid(DDP) and octaphenyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(ph-POSS) were added into unsaturated polyester resins(UPR) by mechanical blending. The thermal stability and fire resistance were investigated by thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) and limited oxygen index(LOI) and vertical burning texts.The results showed that DDP and ph-POSS improved the fire resistance of UPR, but had little influence on the thermal stability. In addition, the mixed use of DDP and ph-POSS in UPR has a synergistic effect on fire resistance.
