摘 要:对天南星科(Araceae)粗肋草属(Aglaonema)中‘银王’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Silvcr Queen’)、‘柠檬美’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Lemon Beauty’)、‘灿烂’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Brilliant’)、‘如意’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Red Valentine’)、‘贵夫人’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Lady Valentine’)和‘日出’粗肋草(A.commutatun‘Sunrise’)等6个品种的解剖结构、叶肉色素和光合速率进行了比较研究,并分析了粗肋草叶片解剖结构、叶肉色素与光合能力之间的关系.结果显示:‘日出’为等面叶,其它5个品种的叶片均为异面叶;‘银王’和‘灿烂’2个品种的气孔分布于下表皮及主脉上,‘贵夫人’和‘如意’则上下表皮都存有气孔,而‘柠檬美’、‘日出’则只在下表皮发现有气孔.所有品种的叶片上下表皮都只由一层细胞构成.叶绿素含量以绿叶类和红脉类粗助草较高,全红叶类较低,花色素苷则相反;类胡萝卜素则以花叶类粗助草较低.全红叶和花叶类粗助草的净光合速率低于绿叶类和红脉类粗助草.叶片栅栏组织和海绵组织中叶绿体密度与叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量与光合速率存在一定的正相关性.Leaf anatomical structure,mesophyll pigment and photosynthetic capability of six Aglaonema commutatum(A.commutatun 'Silver King',A.commutatun 'Lemon Beauty',A.commutatun 'Brilliant',A.commutatun 'Red Valentine',A.commutatun 'Lady Valentine' and A.commutatun 'Sunrise') were observed and compared,and the relationship among leaf anatomical structure,mesophyll pigment and photosynthetic capability was analyzed.The results indicated that leaves of five cultivars had a kind of bifacial leaves but A.commutatum 'Sunrise'had a kind of equilateral leaves,stoma were most distributed in lower eqidermis and main veins for A.commutatum 'Silver King',A.commutatum 'Brilliant',while distributed in upper and lower epidemis for A.commutatum 'Lady Valentine' and A.commutatum 'Red Valentine ',and only distributed in the lower eqidermis for A.commutatun 'Lemon Beauty'and A.commutatum 'Sunrise'.Only one layer of palisade tissue existed both in upper and lower epidermis.Chlorophyll content of green and red vein leave cultivars were higher,that of full red leave were lower,the order of anthocyanin was opposite;carotenoid of mosaic leaves was lower.The net photosynthetic rate of full red and mosaic leaves cultivars were lower than that of red vine and green leaves cul-tivars.There was a positive correlation between chloroplast density of palisade,spongy tissue and chlorophyll content,carotenoid content and photosynthetic rate in leaf.
