高校学生稳定安全管理体系建设研究

摘　　要：学生是学校教学活动的主体,在校学生的安全状况直接影响高校的稳定安全工作。高校在日常学生安全管理中,工作量大,任务多,责任重,为有效全面做好学生稳定安全工作,高校应从确立学生安全管理原则、组建安全工作机构、完善制度保障、把握学生安全教育管理规律及安全教育内容等五个方面构建高校学生稳定安全管理体系,保障学生身心健康成长。Students are the leading body of university teaching campaign, the secure status of students directly affects the steady and security of universities. In the daily secure maintenance work of students, the university shoulders heavy load, immense task and critical responsibilities, thus ,for effective implement students＇ secure task, university should construct steady and secure system from five aspects of confirming principles of secure management, organizing secure working agencies, improving systematic guarantee, holding secure work regularities and secure education＇ s content to guarantee students＇sound development in mind and health.
