摘  要:在转矩流变仪中通过熔融共混法制备了多壁碳纳米管/全同聚丁烯-1(MWCNTs/iPB-1)复合材料,讨论了MWCNTs用量对复合材料力学性能和热性能的影响。采用偏光显微镜(POM)观察了MWCNTs在iPB-1基体中的分散情况,并对复合材料进行了力学性能、维卡软化温度和熔体流动速率(MFR)测试。结果表明:当MWCNTs用量(质量分数)在0~2.0%时,用量小于1.0%时,MWCNTs可以较好地分散在iPB-1基体中,使iPB-1球晶的晶粒细化,其用量大于1.0%时,MWCNTs容易发生团聚现象;MWCNTs可以提高复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能,但熔体黏度略有增加,对加工性能影响不大。MWCNTs/iPB-1 nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending method in the torque rheometer.Its mechanical properties and thermal performance were studied.The polarized light microscopy was used to observe dispersion of different content of MWCNTs in iPB-1.Then mechanical properties,heat resistance and melt flow rate of the composites were tested.The results showed that when the amount of MWCNTs was in range of 0 to 2.0%,the amount less than 1.0%,MWCNTs could be better dispersed in iPB-1 matrix and made the spherulites of iPB-1 smaller,but it would aggregate when being added more than 1.0%.The mechanical properties and heat resistance of iPB-1 could be improved by adding MWCNTs.However,the melt viscosity of composites in the molten state was increased and it had little influence on the machinability.
