摘　　要：伪卡类信用卡诈骗犯罪链条化、跨区域、网络化特点明显,公安机关彻底打击难度较大,而集群战役打击制假售假类犯罪的成功案例,为伪卡类信用卡诈骗犯罪的打击提供了新的思路。在应用集群战役战法打击伪卡类信用卡诈骗犯罪时,应当结合伪卡类信用卡诈骗犯罪的特点,树立案件整体意识和线索经营意识,最大限度地发挥集群战役战法的优势,以达到预期的打击目标。The chain-style, cross-region and networked credit card fraud with counterfeit credit card brings relatively more difficulties to the thorough combat for the police. The large-scale cooperative campaign has successfully curbed cases about counterfeit products manufacturing and selling, which provides new solution for credit card fraud with counterfeit credit. Considering the case＇s features, the police should establish overall-case and clue-finding consciousness and take full advantage of the large-scale cooperative campaign operation to achieve the anticipated goal.
