摘 要:针对微电网运行时惯性不足、容易产生电压频率波动及单一储能无法同时满足能量密度和功率密度要求等问题,提出了基于蓄电池与超级电容混合储能的分层平抑功率波动方案及相关控制策略。兼顾各储能介质的充放电功率约束、荷电状态约束以及平抑功率波动的柔性约束条件,采用自适应协调下垂控制方法并在优化储能容量配比的基础上进行功率波动抑制,有效发挥了两类储能的互补优势,提高了经济效益,解决了微电网发电受外界环境影响等关键技术问题,保证了电能质量。仿真结果证实了控制策略的可行性。Aiming at the issues such as lack of inertia, easy to generate voltage frequency fluctuation and that a single storage energy can not meet the demand of energy density and power density at the same time when micro-grid running,this paper proposed the stratified smooth control power fluctuation program and related control strategy based on hybrid energy storage of battery and super capacity. The strategy takes the charge and discharge power constraint, the charged state constraint and the flexible constraint of smoothing power fluctuation into account. And based on solving by adaptive droop algorithm and optimizing the ratio of energy storage capacity it effectively solved the question that micro-grid' s output is influenced by external environment, and reduced the storage cost, prolonged the service life of battery, achieved the goal of prospective design. The simulation results show that the strategy of control is feasible.
