摘 要:对山东省胶东地区7个空气源热泵系统进行了运行性能测试。通过对关键参数的测量,计算得到机组与系统的性能参数。实测结果表明,对于大部分项目,设计负荷过大,实测机组性能系数和额定性能系数均存在一定的差距,部分项目实测系统性能系数与机组性能系数的差异较大,水泵实际效率与额定效率存在差距,部分项目的输配系数明显偏低。分析了空气源热泵系统运行的典型问题,包括停机机组旁通流量带来的热损失占比大、热源与末端不匹配,输配系统效率较低、机组控制不佳4个方面。Tests the performance of seven air-source heat pump systems in Jiaodong area of Shandong Province. Through measuring the key parameters, calculates the performance parameters of the units and the systems. The results show that the design loads are too large and there are differences between the measured and rated performance coefficients of units for most projects, the measured performance coefficients of system are markedly different from the rated values of units for some certain projects. The actual efficiency values of the pumps are different from the rated ones, and water transfer factors of some projects are significantly low. Analyses the typical operation problems of air-source heat pump systems, including the large proportion of heat loss caused by the bypass flow of the shut-down units, the mismatching of the heat source and the end users, the low efficiency of the distribution system and the poor units control.
