摘  要:分别以ZnCl_2、乳酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,利用相转化法对醋酸纤维素(CA)正渗透膜进行共混改性。通过扫描电镜(SEM)表征、水通量和截盐率及污染物牛血清蛋白(BSA)与膜之间粘附力的测定等手段研究了添加剂种类及含量对正渗透膜结构、分离性能及抗污染性能的影响。结果表明:3种添加剂对CA膜的分离性能及抗污染性能均有明显提高,其中ZnCl_2含量为2%时,膜性能最佳,其纯水通量达到15.7 L/(m^2·h),截盐率达到99.99%,通量恢复率为96.5%。随着添加剂含量的增加,膜的亲水性增大,纯水通量先增大后减小,但截盐率则因添加剂种类的不同,没有统一的变化趋势。The cellulose acetate(CA) forward membranes were prepared by phase inversion method with ZnCl_2, lactic acid, and poly-vinylpyrrolidone(PVP) additives. The effects of different additives and its content on the membrane structure, separating property and antifouling ability were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), measurement of water flux, salt rejection and the adhesive force between bovine serum albumin(BSA) and membrane. The results showed that, all three additives could improve the separating property and antifouling ability of the CA membranes.When the content of ZnCl_2 was 2%, the property of CA membrane was the best. And its pure water flux was 15.7 L/(m^2·h), salt rejection reached99.99%, and the flux recovery rate was 96.5%. The hydrophilicity increased and the pure water flux increased first, then decreased with the increase of additives contents. But the salt rejection capability did not have a uniform variation tendency with different additives.
