摘  要:采用旁路回流逐级曝气的增氧工艺,设计了一种垂直流填料床逐级增氧池一体化生物膜反应器,维持了高密度生物膜,对污染物进行多级好氧深度处理。填料床分别以不同粒径阳离子改性陶粒、凹凸棒土烧结粒、海绵钢渣为填料,在好氧条件下,实现高效生物脱氮、化学除磷,有效避免了脱氮与除磷过程中不同微生物对碳源的竞争,反应器在第10天启动成功,具有挂膜速度快、体积小、生物量大、曝气效率高且脱氮除磷效果良好的特点。模拟低C/N污水COD为90~100 mg/L,TN、NH_4^+-N、TP进水质量浓度分别为20~24、18~20、5~8 mg/L。经过60 d稳定运行结果表明,HRT为6 h时,出水COD为1.8 mg/L,TN、NH_4^+-N、TP出水质量浓度分别为1.5、1.2、0.2 mg/L,对模拟污水COD、TN、NH_4^+-N、TP的去除率分别可达98.2%、92.1%、93.2%、97.8%。出水水质均达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准的一级A排放标准,同时达到地表水环境质量标准的Ⅳ类水质标准。A vertical flow packed bed with graded reoxygenation pool integrated biofilm reactor was designed by oxygenation technology with the bypass flow gradually aeration. The biofilm maintained a high density and the pollutants were advanced treated with multilevel aerobic process. The ceramsite,attapulgite sintered grain and sponge steel slag which were modified by different size cation were used as the filler, high efficiency of biological nitrogen removal and chemical phosphorus removal could be achieved under aerobic conditions, and it could effectively avoid the competition of carbon source by different microorganisms in denitrification and phosphorous removal process. The reactor started successfully on the tenth day, with fast speed of biofilm formulation, small volume, high biomass, high aeration efficiency and good removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus. The concentration of COD, TN,NH^(4+)-N, TP in influent of simulated wastewater was 90~100, 20~24, 18~20 and 5~8 mg/L, respectively, after 60 days of stable operation and the results showed that, when HRT was 6 h, the concentration of them in effluent was 1.8,1.5,1.2 and 0.2 mg/L, respectively, and the removal rate was 98.2%,92.1%, 93.2% and 97.8% respectively which reached the 1A emission standard of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant and Ⅳ level water quality standard of environmental quality standards for surface water.
