摘　　要：通过分析成人教育实行混合教学模式改革的原因及意义,指出混合教学模式的路径及方法:做好规划与协调,创新体制机制;改变教育观念,提高师资队伍整体素质水平;进行课程模块设计,更新网络课程资源,建设学习支持服务系统;重视教学效果的评价与反馈。The paper analyzes the reason and significance for reform of blending teaching mode for the adult education and points out the methods and roadmap to implement the blending learning mode. It includes realizing coordination and planning, innovating the mechanism, changing the education ideas and improving the overall quality of teaching team, establishing module system of courses, updating the resources of online courses and building learning support system, paying high attention to some the evaluation and feedback of teaching.
